Retaining our Firm

From your first contact with Nolan Auerbach & White, all communications are held in the strictest of confidence, protected by the attorney-client privilege, which prohibits disclosure of any client/potential client communications. We cannot and do not disclose any information that you provide to us, regardless of whether we accept your case.

Nuts and Bolts

Our experienced qui tam whistleblower attorneys are retained through a contingency based attorney-client agreement, should we choose to accept the case. Under this arrangement, our firm earns attorney fees and recovers costs only through successful prosecution of qui tam cases. In other words, our clients are responsible for fees and costs only if there is a recovery.

Our firm advances the costs of the case on behalf of our clients and is then reimbursed out of the proceeds of the False Claims Act qui tam case. Contact Nolan Auerbach & White to consult in confidence with our experienced qui tam whistleblower attorneys today.

Team Approach

Our successful approach against Healthcare Fraud Defendants under the Qui Tam provisions of the False Claims Act, is endeavoring to put together an absolute, top notch team of qui tam attorneys, specifically tailored to our client’s needs. We encourage you to review the information about our backgrounds to learn more about us and our ability to represent health care fraud whistleblowers. In addition to co-counsel, we will not hesitate to, and often   engage, healthcare clinical and reimbursement experts, former CMS and other healthcare fraud program professionals, former FDA professionals, and former federal inspector general professionals.

Of the team approach, our favorite quotes include:
